In the datasheet i've found that the module provides 1 pps anyway, so i don't necessarily need a PCM that provides a 1 pps Pin. I can just take (solder!) it from Pin 3, see page 12 on https://www.u-blox.com/sites/default/files/products/documents/NEO-6_DataSheet_%28GPS.G6-HW-09005%29.pdf And on page 15 one can read that the power consumption can go down to 11 mA at 3V which is acceptable.. There are cheaper offers at amazon, 12 EUR the best one (http://www.amazon.de/niceeshop-Aircraft-Flight-Controller-Schwarz/dp/B00S4RLICU/ref=sr_1_2?s=toys&ie=UTF8&qid=1456785498&sr=1-2&keywords=Neo-6m), which i will order now.

Sorry, it's getting a bit OT.

Ah, well spotted. I see there are two left in stock,
I am tempted to order one but Andy raises a good point
regarding the desirability of a separate GPS antenna.

The NEO-6 is a prospect then. The other thing to
consider if you're using Spectrum Lab, is whether
SL will decode the NMEA strings from the NEO-6.
