Hi Paul,
I'm currently grabbing 477686 to 477704 Hz, and I think that IZ7SLZ was using similar settings. Going to 477690 Hz would put you inside the decimated passband and still stay clear of the others.
If the signal is weak more carrier would be better to provide an estimate for SNR. Sending EbNaut every 20 min with ~ 12 minutes of carrier would seem ideal for the purpose.
