Yes! I'm having fun with transmitting.
That is nice to read. Welcome back :-) You have a good QTH to install large wire antennas, just right for the real low frequencies :-)

I just need to extend the antenna, a few more hundred
metres of wire strung through the trees, or maybe I
wind some wire around a bucket instead.
Better hang it into the trees :-) I guess your ground conductivity is very high so height is essential. But you know all that :-)

   Either way, yes
LF soon I hope and it will be better for EbNaut. MF is
a bit of a struggle. Did you the see the mess my phase
was in by the time it reached Markus' receiver?
No but i can imagine.
  LF
means I can use longer symbols and less ERP.
Yes and don't forget the daytime groundwave propagation of ~ 800 km.

I've ordered yet another 10MHz GPSDO, there are many on
EBay from China at the moment for a reasonable price.
When that arrives it will probably go into service for
a 2-axis LF rx. It would be fun to put one of those
steerable spectrograms on LF.
Yes and a LF grabber showing spectrograms for QRSS60 (22 mHz)?!?

BTW, what do you think about that GPS module: http://www.amazon.de/Foxnovo-NEO-6M-GPS-Ortung-Antenne-Schnittstelle/dp/B00U3N5LKI/ref=sr_1_2?s=ce-de&ie=UTF8&qid=1456691921&sr=1-2&keywords=arduino+gps Maybe i will need 1 pps pulses on the remote receivers to get a stable trace on VLF. Do you have an imagination of the current consumption at 5VDC? A few 10 mA probably, or less?
