Running again, hopefully for a bit longer this time. Freq: 477690.00000 Hz Start: 22:40:00 UT Coding: 8K19A Symbols: 512 at 1 second Chars: 5 Repeat: XX:00 XX:15 XX:30 XX:45 After a cup of tea I had a flash of inspiration. A small change to the circuit has cured most of my problems. Now the transformer is barely warm and no fan required. Now at DC in 65V 3.22A and 140V RMS on the long wire. With the slower symbols and extra power, should be 6dB or more up on last night. -- Paul Nicholson -- |
