That is a valid suggestion. The thing that puzzles me is some of those that
redicule BS frequently are still reading and posting to the BS REFLECTOR.
It seems that all the hot stuff ie technical discussions about rigs and
antennas and topics like DX propagation and arrangements for skeds happen on
BS.
I am in direct contact with some DX stations about engaging in CW/QRSS QSO'S
both simplex and xband for those that cannot TX on LF/MF
When propagation permits I shall fire up like I did years ago in a
calculated manner and not Beacon wildly hoping for a chance strike.
I have worked many JA stations over the years on 160 metres and some of
these stations would like to work two way with EU on 500 Khz and they would
reply on the lower end of the 160 metre band CW. A couple of VK top band CW
dxers have expressed a similar interest.
I did hear a VK6 top band dxer on 24 Mhz this morning on CW
