I'm just showing the lower edge around 498kHz. I tested the
RX/Waterfall setup tonight and the minimum signal that shows on the
waterfall is around -140dBm. The band noise is well, well, above this
and the signal in question is only a few dB above the band noise. The
carrier at 497.83 seems to have the same fading pattern as the wideband
noise that fills the spectrum above 498kHz
