JT9-5: my mistake!
I was running SlowJT9 v0.9.12.5 for JT9-5 and that version will not decode
below 400Hz.
I should have known better ...
I will install a second version of v0.9.14.0 (using the ZIP file) and
runmonitor both JT9-5 and JT9-10 with v0.9.14.0.

Hello Rik,
Thanks for this report. It is interesting you did not decode me on
JT9-5 since some of the JT9-10 reports indicate the signal was
strong enough. Perhaps just the timing of QSB. I did receive JT9-5
reports from other stations so I believe my transmissions were OK.
The test will continue for two more nights if there are no equipment
malfunctions.
