S/N is 19.15 dB.

The unsuccessful message 2016-05-13_00:00:02

 http://abelian.org/vlf/tmp/160515b.gif

S/N is 11.67 dB.

Noise was 4.63 dB higher and the signal 2.86 dB weaker.

About 3dB too weak to decode.

Looking forward to the 19 char decode. With these signal
and noise variations, there's an element of luck involved!
