What is the distance between the earth rods? And what is their length? What is the distance to the shack/house/noisy earth?

There are other antennas on the tower. Are they not connected ot are there other coax cables going to the shack?

Can you measure the coupling capacity between the shack ground and the RF ground (coax disconnected between the earths) using a 137 kHz sine voltage?
Yes indeed.
My isolation transformer has 27pF between the windings, 43 kilo-ohm on
136kHz.
Much more than the 3.1pF of my Mini-DP.
