I can work Moscow on normal CW on LF and MF so QRSS 60000000000 and Beacon Bashing is not necessary. Things are going backwards since the bands were first licensed some years ago.
It is difficult to find a CW operator these days on these bands
Still no reply to my CQ on 136.5

There  you  go , Mal  , see  these  new  qso  operators  , not   quite  got the  idea  yet  ,  you  have  to  wait  for the  other  station  to  stop  sending ,  before  calling them ...

Unattended beacon? Uuuh, i know who will complain, hi ;-)

I can see you well in MY QRSS/DFCW-10 window, with some QSB. Tried to call you, see attachment...

I guess there's still no definitive word from OfCom regarding the new MF band NOV's (?)
It's a possibility that the UK will be an MF-free zone over the New Year's holiday period . .

With that eventuality in mind I've dusted off my old LF TRX and am at present transmitting a test signal:
QRSS-3 on 137.69 kHz

I shall put out a few CQ's tonight on LF and would be overjoyed to receive any response.
