Bad luck with the car - hope it`s an easy fix.

Well, I am going to construct the Vertical with the topload later.

The topload is a triangle with a sidelength of about 20m, then from each
corner there are wires going to the center of the triangle, that's where
they meet and where the vertical wire drops down about 25m- do You have a
notion what the overall capacity would be like ?

What size of coil wire do you recommend ?

I think the antenna I am building must be close to Markus` design ?
