Ian and Mal, Compaq does use indeed, on some models, a customized version of Microsoft Windows. Unfortunately I don't own a Compaq PC, and none of my friends does, so I see a bit difficult for me to try to debug such a compatibility problem. Probably the MMSYSTEM APIs used by Argo clash with some idiosyncrasies of that customized Windows version. At this point, I am sorry, but I have to declare myself unable to solve this problem for lack of resources. 73 Alberto I2PHD |
