Hi Mal, Thew main difference between ARGO and most other software (including QRS) is that these last are running idle 99% of the time, so they cause hardly any "CPU load". ARGO on the contrary does a lot of maths and soundcard I/O transfer, so it can be a heavy load to the CPU especially at slower machines (166MHz may sound fast, but 2.5GHz and more is todays standard).
