A good decode there Markus, close to the limit at 77% of Shannon capacity. Ran LWPC for the path DK7FC to DF6NM and it predicts only 11 degree phase change between day and night. I also ran DK7FC to Todmorden for 6.47 kHz and it says 36 degrees day/night phase change. Strange, that's much the same as for 8.27 kHz. And DK7FC to DF6NM at 6.47 kHz is 30 degrees day/night. I don't know enough about LWPC to trust its numbers at these short ranges. For example does it include the ground wave component? -- Paul Nicholson -- |
