At 03:30 there were no symbol errors so Eb/N0 is not
calculated.

Looks like the data rate could have been doubled and
still all the messages would have decoded.  Four times
the data rate would probably still decode over half
of them.   A very strong signal.   I wonder how far it
might go with long symbols and GPS oscillator?
