Does the WSJT-X JT9 multi decode in the decode window similar to WSPR?
ie. If there is more than one valid JT9 signal inside the decode passband.
Just had several decodes (my first JT9) of G3XIZ on 500kHz.

Could you include version number in the program name until the program

I ran the later wsjtx.exe and the program disappeared when run from the
command-prompt window, and in Win XP.
No error messages in the command-prompt window.
Could your add a "stay on top" option in the wsjtx.exe windows?
