Definitely yes, because there were one or two decodes exactly on "your"frequency.

I don't think someone else had occupied that frequency...

The signal wasn't always audible, but occasionally when the local qrmwas gone.

Yes, WSJT-X reports 1430 Hz with the HF radio tuned to 136.000 kHz inUSB.
Transmitting every 2nd 2-minute interval.
But I didn't get a decoded callsign for some time now. Sync pointsbetween 0 and 3.
Signal still audible here in JO42 .
