Hard to know for sure what the DST is without Colorado reporting but 'normalizing' Tokyo's numbers it should be good for T/A. Will look for your JT9-10 after 0130Z ... TX and RX here is tied up until then.

Probably it is a good idea to QSY to JT9-10 for the night. Is someone in the US ready to go on 137.43 kHz? Waiting for reply before i QSY.

From that over, only 'CQ DF2JP JO31' was decoded.
I have saved wave files from a couple of overs, all with basically the same decoding result.
