well  thats  the  down load link,  un-zip  into a  directory   , say , C:\ROS  ,     then  run the  install   exe   , set  up  is the  same as  speclab  etc , just   select the  sound  card  - no  need  to  have  the  pc-clock  time  locked
 
If  you  can -see-  the  trace, the  signal  is  too  strong  hihi
