Now I see you point.

I once had the same/similar problem not able to decode strong signals. The setting of the Rx volume (sound card level) should be set on the VU (volume) meter to be 4 to 5 dB, that's in the last green segment next to the red one. After I had made that adjustment there is no problen decoding even signals buried in the noise.

The prog also crashed 3 times, not the PC. It does not look attractive. I was able to see all the signals active on the waterfall and had it been qrs 3 I could have copied all of the information instead of waiting and waiting and nothing happened

Others are are also critical about this mode on LF es MF

Why did I copy one station and not the others especially the strong ones ?

I was getting 100% decodes from Finbar & John even though there was no audible or visual signal.
