What will be your antenna current and what is the current maximum TX power?

Do you have enough RX stations in a radius of some 100 km?

If you want to do a test in transmitting a 24 hours accurate carrier, i could set up a "60000" window at your frequency. But it only makes sense if your TX is locked to a MSK transmitter (e.g. GBZ) or GPS. A OCXO or so is drifting much to strong for a 47 uHz window.

I see a real chance to see a trace of you if you send a 24 hour carrier, locked.

...now Markus appears at 17 dB SNR in my "DFCW-60000" window, exactly at 8970.0020 Hz, see http://www.iup.uni-heidelberg.de/schaefer_vlf/DK7FC_VLF_Grabber.html

It is remarkable that all the 3 stations use their home antenna, no kites or balloons, TX power below 300 W! This shows what others could do on VLF as well. My distance to OE3GHB is 590 km!

Also it is interesting that 3 QSOs could easily take place in a bandwidth of 10 mHz :-)

It's fun and fascinating, thus not useless :-)
