I agree with you on unit in the world.
Hz (not Heltz) is a name of unit defined by ISO/IEC. We shall use the
unit including MKS.
For your reference:
We(JP) had used a different measuring unit on length, weight, volume
and time in history. But changed almost by local law regulations before
21 century.
