Hello Jay, LFers, I totally agree with your comments Jay....I posted something to this affect just last week on the LowFER reflector. Having a "window" for eastbound signals and a different "window" for westbound certainly worked well for us a few years back for QRSS ops on 137 kHz., so it's common sense to apply it to WSPR as well.
