If its the one with the unswitch preamp I believe I have. The main problem I had with mine was the bias transistor BD129 ( I think) going open circuit. This lead to distortion on the output. Only one

Have you looked in the ARRL news sheet. There was some info in there but I suspect not enough. It is vital to have this sort of detail to make a useful comparison with what may be possible at 136kHz.
