Chris,

Did you already contact the distributor? You know, Paul mentioned he has been in contact with him, so it seems to be possible to report about this problem and ask for advice directly.

Hello Riccardo,

There's definitely continuity from both output pins of the Ublox to
the break out board pads, and it is a -T model. I have tried probing
on the TP2 pin itself on the Ublox though with no joy. I'll try a full
reset but I have a horrible feeling I have a faulty module :( Thanks
for the advice :)

Hi Chris,

Well, only the NEO-M8T version has the TP2 functionality (readly available by
default settings).

-pin 3 (TIMEPULSE) of the Ublox module is often connected to a SMD
green LED (in series with a 1k0 resistor)

-pin 1 (TP2/SAFEBOOT_N) is disconnected in my breakout board then I
soldered a wire directly on the GPS module's pin.

Try to revert to default configuration (UBX - CFG page) and restore
again TIMEPULSE and TIMEPULSE2 settings (UBX - TP5 page).
