Congrats to your first transmission!

How do you couple the PA output to the antenna? Are you using an isolating ferrite transformer? Without knowing your problem in detail, this is the first thing i would suggest to use! Separate the antenna earth from the shack earth by such a transformer.

After nearly 10 months of planning and work, I am able to make my first transmissions on LF! I am running 10 watts from the transmitter. EIRP is a bit less than the claimed 0.1 watt.

I am having some difficulty which I do not yet understand. It could be the antenna (arcing), the coax, the amplifier (oscillating), the scopematch (lying) or some combination of these things. :)

I can say that I do not trust the little amplifier. Mine clearly does not behave as the designer says it should, so it is suspect.

I will leave WSPR running tonight for as long as things remain acceptably stable at this power level. I have a CW ID at the end of each WSPR transmission. If anyone can hear the CW, please let me know!
