Good point. How could we arrange this? Someone has to do some work. So
far, in the DARC, Ulrich Müller DK4VW is the man who did this work. He
knows the procedure, he has the contacts etc... He worked for us to get
the 630m band, as well as the special 4m allocations.
My special licence shows that it could be possible. At least the
military didn't say "NO!!!!" to issue that licence in that range. So
there may be a bit more room. We could be totally satisfied with 10 Hz
of spectrum and max. 10 mW ERP...
