these are probably from the '70s. i have one, and Marcin SQ2BXI has another and both work (i know this isn't a big sample size).

these seem to appear in batches at auction sites. i haven't seen them for a year, but can let you know when they appear again if you want one for your collection. they may also be more often avaliable from russian, ukrainian etc sellers

right now on allegro (e-bay like auction site) there is a 10A rf ammeter and 1kW load (used for tuning the R140 military station PA), but not as cheap (319zl + shipping, exchange rate is about 4.2 zl/euro):
