Hello Chris, LF,
Sure, just run some transmissions, CQ or so. Even if you can't receive.
However there are about 10 seconds between the transmissions, that
should be long enough to change the plug(?).
Better stay below 137.4 kHz, maybe 137.2...137.4 kHz, because 137.4 kHz
is already the border of the WSPR spectrum.
I will watch out for any LF JT9 signals, JT9-1!
What about a spontaneous JT9 activity this evening on LF? Maybe starting
19 UTC? Two way LF QSOs!
I'm planning to call a bit...

Hello Stefan,
Just seen this, sorry. I am happy to try and re-tune the loading coil
to 137.4, my only issue is I have no quick and easy way to change
between TX and RX as I am sing the same antenna for both. The U3S
looks a bit kludgy for both RX and TX. Is there any point me trying a
few TX's tonight, without being able to see any reception save via the
web site? Thanks.

Hello Chris,
I see you are strong again on LF. I started my JT9 RX here on LF.
However the QRN rised extremely since the afternoon.
The latest versions only support JT9-1. This was successfully used
by several stations on MF some months ago. For LF, a frequency below
137.45 should be used, to avoid collisions with OP32, WSPR and
EbNaut transmitters. So just try 137.4 kHz. I'm watching there for
you now. If your U3S does not support JT9-1, maybe there are firmware updates?
Listening stations and contacts are also listed at
https://www.pskreporter.info/pskmap.html, select the JT9 mode at 2200m to
filter the list...
