Hi Paul,

Hmm, a pity. I don't ecpect timing-, frequency- or phase- inacurracies on my side. In the attachment you can see an image from my VLF tree grabber showing the signal and phase changes. But the QRN was higher than expected and it came from far away, so it is not so easy for the noier blanket to remove it without affecting the signal too much. The last message was 'just' 10 characters in 100 s symbols, so the transmit time was during the lower QRN times of the day.

In less than 2 hours, my current transmission is complete. The QRN seemed to be lower during the time. I am optimistic :-)

It looks like this will not decode. I was expecting
an easy decode - last time (20th May) we had +2.7 dB
from 100 second symbols, so 140 seconds should have
been easy.

Oh well, perhaps more luck with the next -

46:13:20 and using 16K25A will help. With these settings
we should gain about 0.8dB on Eb/N0, plus the stronger code
will increase decode probability for a given Eb/N0.
