an easy decode - last time (20th May) we had +2.7 dB
from 100 second symbols, so 140 seconds should have

46:13:20 and using 16K25A will help.  With these settings
we should gain about 0.8dB on Eb/N0, plus the stronger code
will increase decode probability for a given Eb/N0.
