Hello Richard, I think it is an excellent idea. Unlike WSPR, anyone with a receiver can hear it without the need for a PC and software. Plain CW is still the easiest way for beacon work. It is not outdated. One has only to listen on 10 m when the band is open and find a lot of CW beacons between 28.150 and 28.300 kHz. 73, Roelof Bakker, pa0rdt |
