Well, I removed the program using Revo Uninstaller, then reinstalled where you said, Tobias.
Still no joy.

I give up - at least for tonight!

Did we mention to NOT install WSPR-X in the C:\Programs... directory ?

You should try to install it in C:\users\<Martin>\documents\WSPR_X (or the like). This is one of the directories where a user has the absolute right to write to under Win7. Maybe the UAC played tricks on you.
At SDR-IQ your Dial frequency should be 474.200. Is this correct ?

There are not too many options left.
