Wish some one would hurry up and make a usb dongle sdt-tx to match
the sdr-rx , then I can put the 1 meter cube of equipment on e-bay
get my spare room back [ not the x2 skanti 250w amps and 100 amp
psu though , thats only 1/2 a meter 3 ] that would be a good
article

Actually, and to give some credit where it is due, they have recently
published some interesting stuff by Stuart G8CYW on optical comms. in PW.
A 30khz sub-carrier on a beam of light after transverting from the 80Metre
band seems like interesting fun!

Warren,
While many of us (particularly those of us of a certain age) have an
affection stretching back to near childhood for that publication it is
not for nothing that we nickname it "Practically Witless Monthly" :>)

Tony Nailer G4CFY has a bit in his "Practical Wireless" column

Anyone on the list know Tony?
Who is in the best position to write a rebuttal that PW will publish?
