numbers of users ?
wspr is in use , but looks in a 24 hour slot to be 500Khz in the EU ,
may be in the USA / JA on 136
Opera , (designed to be user/hardware friendly - not need for web time or
gps frequency locking) is giving good results from quite simple stations
, both TX and RX
Reception requires only dial set 136Khz , mode USB , no narrow
filtering is required , at the moment, to monitor OP8 and OP32 , you need
to run '2' sessions , one set 8 the other 32. report web linking is
part of the system, as is a text chat , user to user.

"reverse beacon" (no TX)??
("better" = greater number of active stations in Europe)
WSPR ?? LENTUS ?? OPERA ??
what frequency is utilized for those modes ???

P.S.: my RX station is : PA0RDT 8 meters over the roof, RACALL 1792 .. not
great station at all ..
in QRSS mode the only station what I can receive is the "broadcast (HI!)"
beacon of Stefan DK7FC .. NO OTHER ...
