Tnx all for the info about generating a stable
signal on 8970.1 Hz.
I have here 2 other PC's/(older) notebooks where I
like to do experiments with, and also on that one that's running now but
gives "widhband" output.
I will try other sample rate settings and keep the PC
concentrating on Spectrum lab. (disable other job's)
I'll let you know about my experience in the near future

The RX trace of DJ8WX was very stable, so I assume that
my RX PC works well. I leave it as it is.
