Hello Wolf, Stefan, Andy, Eddie, VLF.
Tnx all for the info about generating a stable signal on 8970.1 Hz.
 
I have here 2 other PC's/(older) notebooks where I like to do experiments with, and also on that one that's running now but gives "widhband" output.
I will try other sample rate settings and keep the PC concentrating on Spectrum lab. (disable other job's)
 
I'll let you know about my experience in the near future :-)
 
The RX trace of DJ8WX was very stable, so I assume that my RX PC works well. I leave it as it is.
