Hi Marcus
Stefan doesn't seem to be around today he has lots of replies to
send to my direct e-mails re ELF / ULF tests :-)
His Grabber seems to be frozen at 07:54 and I couldn't establish the
frequency from there, the times certainly coincided, that is why I
measure the aprox. start and finish of 2 dashes, each was HH.m2-3.ss
which should confirm one way or the other.
As for the frequency I can confirm 8969.983 I was going by Stefans
post where he states
The QRG is centered at 8969.98000 Hz. The
DFCW shift is 3 mHz
Now you mention his second Grabber, hmm, that never seems to be
active, what am I missing.
It certainly would be good going and nice if these dashes were his.

Hi Eddie, Stefan,
this looks interesting.
Accounting for your grabber timescale being an hour ahead of
UT, your right dash is centered approximately at 6:30 UT. This
would indeed coincide with the first dash of the blue "7" on
Stefan's 6000-RDF on his second grabber.
However the frequency relative to
the 8969.98 tick seem to be different by about 4 pixels.
Stefan apparently transmitted on 8969.9815, and your dash is
on 8969.9832 Hz. Assuming both were instances are samplerate
locked, this disproves a possible detection.
Best 73 and
happy Easter,

Stefan
There is a common start / finish minute on the dots in the
att.capture.HH.m3 to the best of my measurement ability, they
certainly
coincide with your TX periods.
