However the frequency relative to the 8969.98 tick seem to be different by about 4 pixels. Stefan apparently transmitted on 8969.9815, and your dash is on 8969.9832 Hz. Assuming both were instances are samplerate locked, this disproves a possible detection.

There is a common start / finish minute on the dots in the
att.capture.HH.m3 to the best of my measurement ability, they certainly
coincide with your TX periods.
