On MM0ALM's QRZ.COM page there is a reference to a 1650 ft tower
and PSK 31 transmissions on 136kHz.
There is also a link to a QRSS capture received by VE1ZZ - (and not a
very good capture, that signal would not have been audible by a long
shot! ):

VE1ZZ has gone sk so I don't know who else could verify these stories.
