Hello Roger, John & co.
Jumped on the 600m WSPR bandwagon here (RX only) a few hours ago to be ready
when the darkness sets in.
I have two wide 24/7/365 lines right in the 600m WSPR window that I can't get
rid of and missed many spots in the past because of them.
I attached a small screenshot to show the situation here just in case anyone
wants to adjust their QRG to avoid those lines. I will let WSPR run here until
I
leave for work tomorrow morning.
The antenna is a series-tuned 3x3x3 metre delta-loop via a 1:100 xfrmr into a
balanced 2x2N5109 amplifier fed from a 12V/7Ah gel battery that should last
until the morning. The RX is a IC-R75. The loop is aiming approximately at the
English channel.
