Ok Chris
I was on 136.319 to start with at qrs3. I am able
to get into the Moscow grabber with a strong signal when the grabber is on. In
the past I have had QSO'S on normal CW with RN6BN on 137 Kcs. It should not be a
problem to work 4X4 on CW or QRS3

Hello Mal, Stefan, LF, I don't think the 136.320 line you
see on my grabber is your signal Mal, it's there all the time so it has to be
a spurious and a very stable one :-) My antenna is not yet optimized, I
have made some tests with an active probe and will install it this week. Looks
like there will be an improvement in SNR and hope to lower the sporadic high
QRM level I'm experiencing in my location by placing it further away from the
offending source (still to be identified, it could be from the outside mains
wiring). If signals are strong enough I will eventually make available
a faster QRSS window. 73s Chris 4X1RF

Stefan But it is difficult to cover all speeds and frequencies although
the majority use QRS3 on this band. The most popular frequency area is
around 137.7 for inter EU qso acty daytime and evenings. Your Grabber
is working fb at present. I am able to see my signal all day long as well
as evening time. There are currently a good many stations/countries
active on the band at present. 73 HNY de mal/G3KEV

That's a good idea! I should try to convince him to add a
QRSS-3 window. :-)
