Hi Chris,

Chris, it would be interesting to have a QRSS-3 and/or QRSS-10 window although it is probably just for fun since most stations will be to weak in this mode. Anyway it is a little effort and no hardware changes are needed on your side. It would be a big challenge to appear there and maybe we will see a surprise there and can increase the LF activity :-) But of course i agree that the first goal is to reduce the QRM and optimise the efficiency. On my grabber there is still a lack of 3 dB i am afraid, never mind ;-)
Just do it how you want :-)

Best 73 and good luck with the optimisations!

Hello Mal, Stefan, LF,

I don't think the 136.320 line you see on my grabber is your signal Mal, it's there all the time so it has to be a spurious and a very stable one :-)

My antenna is not yet optimized, I have made some tests with an active probe and will install it this week. Looks like there will be an improvement in SNR and hope to lower the sporadic high QRM level I'm experiencing in my location by placing it further away from the offending source (still to be identified, it could be from the outside mains wiring).

If signals are strong enough I will eventually make available a faster QRSS window.

But it is difficult to cover all speeds and frequencies although the
majority use QRS3 on this band. The most popular frequency area is around
137.7 for inter EU qso acty daytime and evenings.
Your Grabber is working fb at present. I am able to see my signal all day
long as well as evening time. There are currently a good many
stations/countries  active on the band at present.

That's a good idea! I should try to convince him to add a QRSS-3 window. :-)
