Sounds good if one could ORDER wind when flying the KITE, too hit and miss for reliable communications.

Another DREAM. I am still waiting for a two way Dream 9 QSO, why the delay!!

Hire a helicopter for an hour or so to support the antenna at several hundred feet high, move the helicopter up and down for resonance !!
