Your frequency-domain requirements sound very simple to meet.  No need for a lot of complexity there.  However, there are still a couple of unknowns.  Although you have chosen to use 600 ohm line, do you have any idea what the source impedance and load impedance are?  Can you describe the antenna, and what is the termination and/or coupling arrangement of the apparatus to which it connects.
