Hi JB what it is to have such a fund of expertise available on tap. I like that idea, the simple solutions are always the best in my book....well done JD....for asking the right question! My software management course (many many years ago) insisted that all problems were caused by not getting the full specification from the end-user ! and that that was by far the most difficult part of the job.
