Think I was referring to the 74HC3257 devices - bus switches

Seem to remember I measured in the region of +40dBm TOI at HF using one in a
DBM design with a pair of ferrite transformers in a DBM arrangement

Wolf,
I don't know which chip was mentioned by Andy, but I have used with
great success
in my SDRadio project the Analog Devices ADG704, with a typical Rdson
resistance
of about 2.5 ohm. The chip is available from RS Components.
