Thank you very much Jim for SPM-19 input impedance info.
Sometimes I get error message 1--202, which disappears when I change
attenuator´s value. Could you please check whether the manual can tell
something about that error code.

The manual says " > 10kohm//60pF" in the infinite impedance position.
The additional attenuation caused by connecting this input across a 75 ohm
system is specified as less than 0.05dB at frequencies up to 1MHz.
