More easy way: take two identical light bulb one in RF another in DC
simultaniously. And You do not need light meter, You can see directly
when brightness is the same.
But this is right only if skin effect in bulb filament is not strong
(pentation depth is much grater then filament diameter). On 136 kHz
it should be OK.
