This  one  but it appears the directory has been removed subsequent to
me downloading it a few months ago. Thanks.

It lets you abort the on time using the [esc] key

Source code is in there as well 

All in PowerBasic, command line compiler version
(By far the nicest way to programme simple things that don't need whizzy 
windows interfaces)
