Hi Paul,
More snow last night, but I waited for the plough this time!
I don't use a linear amp for EbNaut, and a DOCXO is good enough
for LF (but not VLF). It isn't hard to do... its easier than the
WSPR modes which are confounding to those of us who can't seem to
find the microphone jacks on their home brewed transmitters!

I was interested in trying EbNaut as well, but realistically it
never seemed practical. I would have to start over will all new
equipment for receiving, a linear amplifier for transmitting and a
GPSDO or two.
I am progressing in the wrong direction. My HP 3325B has recently
come up dead and basic checks show it to have issues beyond my
ability to repair. I miss that generator every day!
Rob, I'm sure there are more relevant / obvious places to put the
files, but if you don't get a better offer let me know. I have web
space and would be happy to host the information.

Hi Chris,
I’ll be glad to document my current EbNaut TX setup. I think a
series of PDF documents might work best. Do you have any
suggestions regarding where these documents might be posted as I
do not have a web site?
Give me a week or so to bring the pieces together.

Hello Rob,
Myself and I think Paul, N1BUG, both have these HP generators,
would you be willing to give a brief write up about how you are
using yours for Ebnaut please and what peripherals you are
using under what OS? I am still building up courage to give it
a go on LF, but I have to admit I find it all a little daunting
still.... Thanks!

Hi Jay,
This is welcome news that the newly added periodic CW ID has
no effect on your end.
The HP3325A that I employ as the EbNaut driver makes it easy
with separate but parallel phase (EbNaut signaling) and
amplitude (periodic CW ID) inputs.
Thanks & 73, Rob - K3RWR
